Our Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are available to customers within 7 days of package delivery. In order to receive an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Product (s) must be returned along with original packaging
- Hair must NOT have been unraveled, cut, dyed, worn, installed, or altered in a any way
To initiate a return/exchange, please feel free to contact us.
Our Refund Policy:
All purchases made are final.
If your package has been confirmed delivered via USPS and you have not received it, you will have to file a claim with USPS as Nancy's Beautiful Tresses is not responsible for the lost or stolen packages.
Once you have filed a claim with USPS, the agency will conduct an investigation to verify that it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address.
If you move forward with filing a claim through Paypal, your tracking number is automatically uploaded; which will notate that your package was delivered. We will only make exceptions for packages that have been confirmed lost or stolen during transit. Unfortunately, no exceptions will be made for packages that have been confirmed "delivered" via USPS.
