We provide free shipping on all orders in the U.S.
All items are shipped via USPS and FedEx (international orders). Unfortunately, selecting a specific courier service is not currently available.
All purchases are insured and tracking is included and sent in a shipment notification via email. A signature confirmation is required to receive purchases from Nancy's Beautiful Tresses.
Please make sure you select the correct and/or entered the correct shipping address when checking out via Paypal.
Please make sure the email address on file through Paypal is accurate. This is to ensure any possible needed contact or you may contact us to leave a good email address to reach you for any customer service related business.
In the event your order is returned to us from the courier for any reason, we will notify you and offer to reship your order AT YOUR EXPENSE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT IS ACCURATE.
In the event a shipping address error on your part causes your package to go missing or get lost within the shipping courier system we cannot be responsible for providing a free replacement order nor can we refund your money due to your own mistake.
Shipping Process:
1. Processing - Once we receive your order, your order is processed within 1 - 2 business days (business days are Mondays thru Fridays excluding holidays & weekends).
2. Fulfillment - After your order is processed, we will do our best to quickly fulfill the order. This stage may take 1- 8 additional business days depending on the inventory of the products.
3. Shipping - Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipment confirmation email with the tracking number. Delivery time will take 3 - 8 business days depending on location.
For International Shipments, delivery time will take 6 - 10 business days (this shipping time frame begins only after a tracking number has been emailed). The time frame can vary and can take longer or shorter then the time stated above.
For EXPRESS:
- Please send us your desired order and we will check our inventory to see if it is available for Express Shipment.
- Once we have checked inventory and ensured the desired order qualifies for express shipment, an invoice will be sent to your email to complete your purchase.
- Please pay the invoice as soon as possible to ensure that your order ships the same day.
